You look lovely, honey. Hey - Carlos and I were riding down at Magnuson Park last night and we passed a kid with his bike. He was probably about 8 and he was trying to fix his bike chain. As I slowly rode by, I asked him if he needed any help. Without looking up he said in this husky little-boy voice "nah", like "I got it all handled." And I thought - I bet that's what Eli's going to be like when he's older.
